This company has done two inspections for me and Alex has been very thorough in all of his assessments. He knows his stuff and so that helps me to make a more informed decision on the home I'm looking to buy.

Alex did an outstanding inspection of a home I am looking at to purchase. He compiled a very comprehensive report with details of the issues, notes as to what was considered normal, and suggestions to remedy the problems. Nice report with pictures so I could visualize the situation that was being reported on. He provides followup support as well as ideas and information about home maintenance.

Alex was so helpful and professional, I highly recommend him! Because of the pandemic we could not be there in person with him at the end to go over his findings, but his report was so detailed with lots of photos and very clear descriptions that we felt like he talked us through the whole thing! He sent out a video of what to expect before the inspection that was very helpful, and was available for any follow up questions we had afterwards. Plus his rates are very reasonable. Definitely recommend him for your home inspection!
