Do to having surgery I was off work and could not make the full payment due to the fact no income coming in I tried to return to work and was told to get another Loa until I healed fully I also started physical therapy at this time I explained this to cornerstone and was told I had to make a full payment regardless and I was now in the Red with them since I had not made a full payment previously only partial now needless to say their lawyer and one other representative assured me previously that if a situation ever came up they would work with youI also asked them to remove a bill that I had paid off off my report and they stayed there not a credit agency and they do not seem to have all the paperwork that I had to fax in to them previouslyIt makes me think how many other people fall into this same category or lose their income and they pull this carp remember it's your money your sending in to pay your bills and who gets a cut off that first their lawyers before your bills get touchedI thought of taking the easy way out and filing bankruptcy but they assured me this was the right thing to do and now I know it wasn't I should of just got a lawyer to handle my bills and see how that would of wentAs for any help with welfare I don't have dependents to claim so why would they help? **

Cornerst Legal group said they would take care of all my creditors and send them a letter but they never did a thing 5 payments of 394.00 and it all wrnt yo them nothing to the creditors. Don't use these people
We were having trouble making our payments to our creditor due to unemployment and we turned to Cornerstone Legal Group, LLC for their debt relief program. We had paid over $4200 and did not get the service they promised they will do. They said that they will send letters to creditors and will take care of it. The phone calls did not stop and the bills piled up anyway. So, as far as we are concerned this company did not do anything at all to help us solve our problems. Oh, and the only money that was on the so called reserve was $28.56. I think it is unacceptable. They are a total rip off and taking advantage of people that needed their so called "HELP." They are basically just helping themselves. I have complained through Federal Trade Commission. I think we have enough complaints to go on and investigate this company. I urge all the victims to keep complaining.
I thought they would help, but after a month I sought help from an attorney. This company stalls you and will not refund any money you give them. They did nothing but take $500 from me. If you are in need of true help don't go to these scam artists who prey on the desperation of others.

that Ms Searfoss incurred as a result of our drafting from her account after she allegedly left a voice mail asking our firm not to do so.
