Desert Estate Liquidators Reviews (9)

I sent a signed copy of the contract to her via email within days as soon as she sent me contract, which in the state of Arizona is a valid contract I also sent a copy via fax which I have the confirmation that it went through, in which she said she didn't get I also gave a copy to her parents This estate would have turned out good if her parents wouldn't have sold everything prior to the estate sale I have emails, text messages of her apologizing for these items I could have also charged the client for and additional $plus all expenses, but I didn't This is a perfect example of people thinking there stuff is worth more than it is I am a liquidator not resale Everything in the home was purchased at Ikea or Ross, not high end I could have sold a ton more but the father kept saying no, which was a default of my contract I am done with this sale and as it keeps going on the more time and expense I incur

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The information Missy [redacted] stated is completely falseShe was told prior to our signing a contract (she took weeks to sign her side of the contract which to me the contract is not truly valid until both parties have signed it and each party has a copy of the signed contract)Mrs [redacted] is lying about not knowing that the neighbor wanted her couches, chairs and table back that she had initially given meSo I should not have been penalized for thatAs for the inventoryWhat a joke, I paid $dollars for a very brief inventory of my itemsThis was an entire how complete with bedrooms of furniture, living room, dining room and entire kitchen full of dishes, pots, pans etcHow can you call just listing large items as an inventory and justify that it would cost $My parents had taken and inventory which was over pages long The reason that Mrs [redacted] does not want the homeowners to be present so that she can just sell the items for whateverShe truly does not have the interest of the person in mind because she doesn't care since she takes money either wayAgain I can see why she has repeat customers since they are getting exceptional items for very little costI think she is cheating out her clients and her business practices are disgraceful I think her business should be closely monitored and even supervised to ensure that she will not cheat out other people. Thanks for your time and consideration in this matter Regards, [redacted]

information Missy [redacted] stated is completely false. She was told prior to our signing a contract (she took 2 weeks to sign her side of the contract which to me the contract is not truly valid until both parties have signed it and each party has a copy of the signed contract). Mrs. [redacted] is lying about not knowing that the neighbor wanted her 2 couches, 2 chairs and table back that she had initially given me. So I should not have been penalized for that. As for the inventory. What a joke, I paid $300 dollars for a very brief inventory of my items. This was an entire how complete with 3 bedrooms of furniture, living room, dining room and entire kitchen full of dishes, pots, pans etc. How can you call just listing large items as an inventory and justify that it would cost $300. My parents had taken and inventory which was over 8 pages long.      The reason that Mrs. [redacted] does not want the homeowners to be present so that she can just sell the items for whatever. She truly does not have the interest of the person in mind because she doesn't care since she takes money either way. Again I can see why she has repeat customers since they are getting exceptional items for very little cost. I think she is cheating out her clients and her business practices are disgraceful.      I think her business should be closely monitored and even supervised to ensure that she will not cheat out other people. Thanks for your time and consideration in this matter.
