When the vehicle was purchased we had two guaranteed checks of $each for the down paymentOne check to be deposited the 12th of August and the other check on 26th of AugustWe deposited the checks on the dates that we had both agreed upon and both checks came back with insufficient funds after being processedSince the checks were guaranteed by a third party check guarantee company (Certegy) at the time of purchase, the NSF checks were submitted to them and we were paidNow the Guest is responsible to pay CertegyPlease find attached a copy of the statement that is stamped on the back of each hold checkVictorville Motors deposited the checks on the agreed up date and they were returned NSFWe did not break any state or federal lawsWe transferred the debt to a third party and they are trying to collect

I have received the bank statementAs we stated, the checks were deposited on 8/and 8/and were both returned as NSFour check company paid us and the check company went after the guests bank account once the funds were available, which is probably why the guests statement shows the date of 9/26, it took approx30days for the check company to receive their fundsWe did everything correct and did what we promisedAnd her bank statement proves thatThank you

Check don't take 30 days. My bank manager even told me. You guys are far in the wrong. It's was way past 30 days. I got the vehicle August 4, 2016. My bank manager and both manager from Chrysler Capital One. You didn't stick to the agreement we made by us. I said before I sign paper work. On those days. You guys  told me yes because down payment before 30 days not after 30 days. My Banks manager and Chrysler Capital financing both managers said  you guys didn't stick with agreement.
