Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I stand by my original complaint with one exception; there were 42 photos posted to Desert Finds website.
Please find statements attached as to the condition of the house, odor, bugs, etc. Additional statements will be provided as needed.
Photos of items left in boxes are available and show the value and condition of the items.
Garbage was on the back patio, there was no reason for anyone to go out there as all items for sale were inside and in the garage.
I did not think it necessary to list items attached to the house should not be sold. As per other estate sale companies, Desert Finds "should have known better." Just because it was a short sale did not mean the house should be stripped down. I specifically showed [redacted], [redacted] and the gentleman who came to set up what was to be sold.
I still have not received an itemized list with prices realized of what was sold. This was promised on Desert Finds website. Additionally, I have not received payment for all items sold. Desert Finds sent me a check for $427.00 which does not even cover the sale of the washer and dryer for $600.00 minus their 25%. There are at least 142 line items which were sold that I have yet to receive payment for.

Response to complaint in BOLD:
[redacted], I was reading over the contract with you as I was extremely displeased with the "sale" that was executed on Thursday June 12th. To be specific: Items were left in boxes, leaving it up to potential buyers to dig through to purchase...
The boxes in the...

garage had smelly garbage in them with bugs.  Potential buyers do NOT want to purchase items that are infested with mold and bugs. The smells boxes had unsellable items in them as you were told.
with NO pricing on the items.
Items not priced were under a dollar like a half a roll of dirty ribbon, dirty tape, etc.. Again items were not worth a dollar, they were dirty, and unsellable.
The vanity mirror from the master bathroom was taken off of the wall and sold; this was a fixture of the house.
Copy of contract for Revdex.com ONLY for privacy reasons not public.
The contract CLEARLY states what do you NOT WANT SOLD.  You stated everything sells in the house including blinds (which we did not sell) because the house was a short sale.  Everything and all sells as stated in contract from [redacted] and Also stated by [redacted] was that she was going to leave all garbage and items for the new owner of the house and did NOT want it cleaned or cleared out. I have witness this was said and also contract for legal reference.
There was very little in the way of set-up and staging, most of what was staged I did myself.
No staging was done by [redacted] herself.  All her items were thrown on the floor all over.  They were not on our set up tables but just thrown all over with the garbage.
The photos on your website were scant and reflected the amount of available items poorly.
42 beautiful pictures were posted online.  This was a hard task as the items we were selling held very little value, was dirty, and there was nothing in the house to make people want to come to the sale.
Items were left in the cupboards and drawers, not being displayed for sale. NONE of these items were priced. NONE of the kitchen items left out on the countertops were priced. Items in the garage were left as is, in stacks and boxes with NO pricing. I was foolish; as the sale date neared I kept checking the house to see the progress and there was none. I assumed that final staging would take place Wednesday night or early Thursday morning.
Items that were not priced were worth less than a dollar or fifty cents.  The tags cost more to tag those items then they were worth.  Items were all displayed, items in boxes in garage were mixed with garbage-held no value and was garbage as explained to [redacted].
[redacted] NEVER contacted me with any issues directly before or after sale.  Therefore no issues she may have had could not be resolved.
Upon entering the home after the sale I was shocked to see how little was sold and how much were in boxes/still wraped/still in cupboards and drawers. Many items had NO pricing on them. As stated in your agreement: "We will organize, arrange and display all times to be sold." "We will appraise all items to be sold and will make prices on them using price tags, tags or signs we will provide. I specifically showed both you and the young man who came to set up the first day the items meant for sale; in cupboards, drawers, boxes and stacks.
Again this statement is FLASE.  Very little sold because the house smelled, was dirty, and infested with bugs from the former smelly fish tanks, turtle tanks, cats, and dogs.
I have just spent the Friday (having to take the day off work) and the weekend organizing, packing and readying items left behind to be picked up by [redacted] at a price of $115. I was to be out of my house by midnight the 13th and had to ask the new owner for an extension of time to get this done as when I phoned you Thursday afternoon you informed me that you were done, even though we allowed for an extra day to sale my items. As [redacted] stated "The sale didn't go very well." I will also have to purchase and install a new vanity mirror in the master bathroom. Overall, this was a horrible experience, I would not recommend your services to anyone.
I contacted [redacted] consignment today at 2:11pm and they stated they did NOT take small inexpensive items but they were going to have a garage sale coming up and may take items for a charge and a 60% and up commission.  I offered with a buyer to pay a premium which for the unsold items to a buyer and [redacted] said “NO”. Therefore per the contract and her statements it was once again her decision to do what she wanted with unsold items.
The vanity mirror sold was because [redacted] said “sell everything this is a shortsale”  this is stated in the contract she signed and also verbally in which I have witnesses.  So this is a blunt LIE on her part.
There will be no reimbursement per law to Lisa who has done nothing but LIE in this letter and post offensive false statements all over online.
[redacted] has received an email from me that I will be seeking damages from [redacted] for making such false acquisitions and slander online on different websites.  It is a sad day when people need to make up false things and lie to try and receive money.  To add [redacted] was paid out for this sale on time and there is no money owed to her.
With this said [redacted] has lied in writing this letter to the Revdex.com and I request that the Revdex.com do its proper job and look at the facts that this women has lied to try to get more money.

All lies and must be taken off online "per law" immediately or will be sued for slander

I specifically showed [redacted] and the gentleman who came to set up what was to be sold.

Regards,

Not true at all so take lies off immediately or you will be sued for slander. Obviously if this was remotely true at all this person would have taken this to court and not wrote these lies.
