This was a property that we were managing and at the time of the neighbors complaint phone call this property went into foreclose and the former owner stopped all work being done on this propertyThe mortgage holder now has taken back the property and has not authorized any work to be doneI can
not make any repairs without first being authorized to do so by the owner of the property. Thanks,**
