I will begin by saying that the doctors I've seen here have been nice, courteous, and thorough, and this review does not reflect their hard work and dedication whatsoever. That being said, Encircle Health's customer service is so abysmal that it makes the doctor's exceptional care irrelevant. I have waited weeks for test results, I've had blood samples go missing, I've been sent to voicemail after voicemail when simply trying to call my doctor back. I've wasted days trying to get in contact with the proper office. If a restaurant or a retail store operated in this manner, they'd go out of business immediately. It sickens me that they can get away with having the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I don't know if it's a lack of staff, communication issues, or technological errors, but I hope something changes, and these problems can be fixed.
