Paid deposit for labor and materialsContractor [redacted] ***, All Crete, showed up or times and then stopped showing up to work even though he says he will when I ask him for an updateMy project is being delayed by his absence so today I have asked him for a refund He performed some work when I first paid the deposit (August) but it is nowhere near complete and will need to be done over due to weather and erosionI have received no response since my request for a refundHis communication the last month has been terrible, with daily promises of what he will do and zero actual workHe has blamed his employees and the weather but takes no responsibility for his terrible communication and total lack of effort
Jeff and his company did the roof and gutters on our house a few years ago They were very professional and clean The entire job was completed in day, including cleanup! The owner, Jeff, even came by the property to check on the progress and made us feel very comfortable Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roofing, gutters and siding

Signed bid agreement for leveling groundwork for Pole Barn.Then to be framed up and metal roofing and insulation under roof installed.Then concrete floor to be poured on two thirds of building Paid one third down to start,Lots of delays and excuses,, then he couldnt find any help, Wanted more money to pay workers up frontLots of lies about buying materials etcthat never show up except truss package a few boards and most of 6xupright posts..Stops answering phoneMatt keeps demanding more money to continue, So after recieving all the money due $21,plus another $he never returns ,or answers phone callsAll I have to show for is incomplete quantity of posts sticking up for walls
Contractor is totally incompetant at building or concrete work

All Crete LLCwas hired on May 31, to begin work to repair, and replace a sftsection of our concrete warehouse floorThe work was schedule to to start on June 3, taking a total of eight day to complete last day being June 13, The contract stated that the first payment would be to secure material, however when it came time to start he issues with not having material beganThe job was pushed back and not some what completed till June 22, Finally payment was made, a few days later after we were told we can access floor we started to notice some concerns on the floorAreas that we needed removed were still there the floor had not been sealed or grinned as stated in the contract and in messages between Mr.Cable and Ii have tried to reach out to both Matt and Janice at ALL CRETE LLCbut have only received the run around
*** and *** are liar's, scam's, and cheat's!!! This is the worst contractor I have ever worked with They required a large amount of the cost up front and then made excuses for two weeks why they weren't showing upWhen they finally showed up they poured the worst patio I have ever seenThe slope is all wrong, the water won't drain, and my yard is destroyed from *** driving his bobcat with no regardThe subgrade was not compacted at all, the rebar was not positioned correctly, they drove the concrete truck through my yard without my permission They did not finish the job, as soon as they received payment, they never returned They will not fix the problem, they just threaten to put a lien on your property until you pay
Stay away from this company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
