As I sit here wasting my precious time writing this complaint, my year old child is upstairs taking a napWhile he takes his nap, like millions of other parents, I would generally be tending to the duties of every day lifeInstead, I sit here filing a complaint about a vague business practice performed by Garcina Cambogia or the company it is distributed/sold byI spent minutes on the phone and, now im sitting typing this complaint wasting valuable time while my child napsI agreed to a one time charge of $plus tax to try this productObviously in order to submit a document to "breath" in this country, you have to agree to their termsThis is the vague and wrongful scenario at which they take advantage of youA total of $was charged to my personal checking account without CLEAR statement that more than the original amount would be chargedUnfortunately, GC or its distributors felt it necessary to only refund 75% of the charge forcing me to continuously leave a negative complaint regarding their business and sales practices, until I see a full 100% refund of $from this controller of the productKeep in mind that the affiliated product controller of Green Coffee Bean has claimed they will refund my money 100%Furthermore, because of the need to take away time to write this complaint I will update whether or not the first charge was received with each daily complaint I post regarding the distributors of Garcinia Cambogia Rapid Garcinia Cambogia Sacramento CaliforniaI'll do my part in providing some information on the manufacturer since they are not listed on the bottleTalk soon

I sit here wasting my precious time writing this complaint about a vague business practice performed by Desert Health Direct / *** ***??? or the company it is distributed/sold byI spent minutes on the phone with a very rude customer service representative and received absolutely no consideration or solution to my complaint and request for a full refund of my money they basically stole!!! I agreed to a one time charge of $plus tax to try this productThis is the vague and wrongful scenario at which they take advantage of you (a quote from a previous complainant)A total of $was charged to my personal checking account without CLEAR statement that more than the original amount would be chargedAfter I talked on the phone with this very rude customer service person, the best I was offered was a refund of my money, less a $re-stock fee, AND I have to pay the shipping and handling fees!!! I would probably be lucky IF I receive 75% of my money back!!!! I will NOT stop here, I will file a complaint with the Revdex.com, the *** *** ***,and any
other legal entity that protects the consumers rights! And I will not stop until I have a 100% refund of $from this controller of the productI found another complaint similar to mine on this site so HEADS UP PEOPLE!!! DO NOT BE TAKEN IN BY THIS COMPANY!!! I will pursue legal action if I have to!! I have an identical charge on my account this same day that looks like it is another company but as I investigate I am sure I will find the are related, my only problem with the second one was their customer service was not open tonight so I will have to wait and talk to them tomorrow AND AGAIN I WILL DEMAND A FULL REFUND!!!! This is so shady and underhanded that I will do all I can to get the word out to the public via every social media device I can think of !!!!!

I'm guessing she meant "their" instead of "there" and if that is the case the statements that we made are in fact trueI'm looking over the logs of her account and they are still the same as follows
On 07/08/08:05pm - Recurring turned OFF because she emailed requesting that she didn't want to receive the product anymore.
07/22/10:56am - Customer calling to find out the status of her refund/customer agreed that she did not request an RMA but stated she returned product/escalated to management at customer request/following protocal/offered $refund for unhappy customer.

Once again we gave her a $refund even though she didn't return the product, make any effort to return the product or ask about how to return the productWhen she called up asking about her refund she was asking about something that hadn't happened due to the fact she didn't follow the proper procedure to obtain oneThe customer service center gave her a $refund out of a courtesybecause she was upsetShe failed to read the terms and conditionsWe apologize that she didn't read the terms and conditions when she agreed to them during the purchase of this product, but she did in fact agree to them when she purchased it

To whom it may concern, 
we apologize that she is upset about receiving a partial refund, but she didn't comply to the refund policy. The partial refund wasn't even required on our end but done as a courtesy to her.

10:56am - Customer calling to find out the status of her refund/customer agreed that she did not request an RMA but stated she returned product/escalated to management at customer request/following protocal/offered $40 refund for unhappy customer.

Please make note that in the notes left by telemarketing the customer agreed that she never requested an RMA number to return the product. Nor did she cancel the product in the proper time frame. It clearly states in the terms and conditions. 
"In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone and?obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on?your package. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package,?and send the product back to our fulfillment center at the address listed?below, within thirty (30) days of the date you originally ordered the product?provided you haven’t been billed after your 14 day trial. In order for your?refund to be processed the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within thirty?(30) days of the original purchase date and you must not of been billed for the 14 day trial.?You pay for return shipping. There is a $5.95 restocking fee per unit?you are returning. This fee will be taken out of the refund issued. Once? our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct ?information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited ?back to your bank account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show?in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank."
She never followed the proper steps to obtain a refund, yet we gave her a partial one as a gesture of good will.

Instead, I sit here filing a complaint about a vague business practice performed by Garcina Cambogia or the company it is distributed/sold by. I spent 35 minutes on the phone and, now im sitting typing this complaint wasting valuable time while my child naps.
I agreed to a one time charge of $4.95 plus tax to try this product. Obviously in order to submit a document to "breath" in this country, you have to agree to their terms. This is the vague and wrongful scenario at which they take advantage of you. A total of $160.00 was charged to my personal checking account without CLEAR statement that more than the original amount would be charged. Unfortunately, GC or its distributors felt it necessary to only refund 75% of the charge forcing me to continuously leave a negative complaint regarding their business and sales practices, until I see a full 100% refund of $79.97 from this controller of the product.
Keep in mind that the affiliated product controller of Green Coffee Bean has claimed they will refund my money 100%. Furthermore, because of the need to take away time to write this complaint I will update whether or not the first charge was received with each daily complaint I post regarding the distributors of Garcinia Cambogia Rapid Garcinia Cambogia Sacramento California. I'll do my part in providing some information on the manufacturer since they are not listed on the bottle.

called up to complain and then according to customer service " I attempted to assist the customer but the customer disconnected."
I've gone ahead and fully refunded her order.
