[redacted] answered the phone when I called and spent 30 minutes with me discussing our issues and options for his services. His pricing is very competitive and he absolutely guaranteed his services. Our problem with ticks inside and outside the house turned out to be a lot more complicated. [redacted] ended treating the inside and outside of our home several times. He had to research different chemicals and consult with manufacturers to find the right combination of chemicals to use. He spent quite a bit of extra time dealing with our specific issues. He also used organic products since we have never used pesticides before and are concerned about our dogs. [redacted] was always on time, professional and followed up with us frequently. He was patient, honest and helped us through a very, very trying time. He just charged us for the initial quote despite having to treat our house and entire front and back yard several times.
