Desert Hills Family Dentistry

This is an office where nightmare stories become real! By far the worst dentist I have ever come across in all my years. I have have lived in many places. The office manager however was the only pleasant experience I had. The dentist cursed right at my face in conversation I began to feel very uneasy under his care. The doctors name is Christopher A[redacted] His hands were shaking very badly and his temper was way out of hand towards employees and me. I even noticed a lady crying as I left. I asked him about the shaking and why he was out of breath and he stated that was normal for him, its how he works. I asked to be sat up, gathered my things went to front desk, stated that he was unprofessional and he should not be in practice. I will tell everyone for there own safety to stay far away from this dentist. I feel very bad for the staff and hope they leave as well. STAY FAR AWAY!!

Dr. * is amazing, he takes his time to explain everything he sees, and showed me pictures of my teeth so I could see what he sees. His office is beautiful and the staff very friendly! He also saw my son (who requires lots of patience) and he did great. I'm very pleased. I recommend him to all my friends!

Dental X-Rays were uncomfortable. Dentist chair-side manner was not friendly and treatment plan was not conservative or affordable.

I received services from your office back in 2007. Had a root canal done causes nerve damage to my left check every time I call the office to resolve this issue I am treated with 100% completed disrespect like it is a joking matter I am forward this complete letter to my attorney to proceed with malpractice suit against your office. I gave your office a chance to fix this and the office manager then said that they would remove all charges. This was not done so I will have lawyer fees plus compensation for my time for dealing with an issue that should of been resolve 5 years ago.

I can't say enough about Dr. A and his staf! I called last minute in pain. When no other office was open in the area he was. They got me in so I wouldn't have to go through the weekend in pain.... Dr. A got me right in got me out of pain almost instantly. Easiest rootcanal and crown I have ever gotten!!!! Love this place!!!

This guy sucks ! I went in to get a tooth pulled...easy enough I thought...he was rude and, in such a hurry he snapped the root off....and if that's not bad enough.. he screamed at me....YOUR A PAIN IN MY [redacted]...almost a year later I'm still dealing with infection in my jaw...Now I will have to see a oral surgeon...such bull crap....please don't use this guy....

Honest, straight forward and to the point is the least I can say about Dr. [redacted] and his staff! I was in pain needing a dentist and they got me in and treated same day!!! I couldn't believe how thorough he was on explaining my treatment to me. Truly great experience to say the least.

I have never been to a more organized relaxing office. The doctor is great and put me at ease. He made sure I was comfortable which I never am at a dental office! I have never been able to feel that great leaving the dentist!
