Regards,
*** *** *** I did receive a call from the owner of Desert Hills Roofing. He told me that he checked his records and realized the work was done in 2014; not and he would bring his foreman to take a look. I have no idea whether or not he came to the property, took a look or did any work. There was no other communication. I would have thought if any work was done that would have been communicated. If and when work is actually done; we will send an inspector out to review the work to ensure the work was done properly. Once the work is done properly; we will consider the case closed.[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

In response to the concerns of Mr. [redacted]. I did call him and tell him that I would go ahead and touch up whatever we felt was needed on the roof. We did the work that same day. Mr. [redacted] contracted Desert Hills Roofing to do a roof coating with Elastomeric Roof Coating which comes with a 1-year warranty on workmanship. It was not reroofed. I did inform him that the manufacturer provided a 10 -year warranty on the coating. Regardless of any misunderstanding that may have occurred, my warranties are non- transferrable. My contract was with Mr. [redacted] and he is no longer the owner of the house and so I no longer have any obligations to the contract with Mr. [redacted]. Also, when the house was being sold I was not contacted and asked if the warranty was transferrable.  I would have informed them at that time that it was not transferrable . Whatever touch-up work we did was out of consideration of Mr. [redacted]. In my estimation the roof coating is good and should last.
