minimum allowed and required by the health department.
The guest should have directly contacted management to handle the issue. We cannot verify the guests' claims and our records already indicate some claims are either false or subjective. We are very sorry this has been an issue and we are happy to make refunds on the spot but not many days and weeks later.

I do not feel that this issue was seriously addressed by this company and I did ask for a refund on the spot and was denied and then was verbally abused by who I thought was the manager/owner who refused to identify himself and was the one the girl cashier called over when I asked for a refund, I don't appreciate being called a drug addict because I found that I was unsatisfied with their spa , and if he was just an employee he should be fired! they did not address the way their employees threat guest the are Unsatisfied. They do not give refunds on the spot that is a out right lie and this would have never had to go this far if they did I would have gotten my money back and just never went back. I find this company to lack customer service skills and common courtesy and would recommend that people be warned that this company is low in its integrity. And as to the days and weeks later commit I asked on the "spot" for a refund and was denied, I report this to the Revdex.com the next day SO I FIND THAT REPLY TO HAVE NO GROUNDS IN THE TRUTH. and is an excuse to not have to admit to their neglect to their customer service and their lies about on the spot refunds!
