Desert Memorial Cremation & Burial

They were friendly at first, but showed no attention to detail, they sent our Father's remains to the wrong address then stuck us with the bill to get his remains back, basically they said they were done and told us to call [redacted] and for us to pay and have them ship the remains to the correct address. When a loved one dies it is already a trying time, then when the funeral home you deal with makes it even harder with no compassion or willingness to fix there mistake it's just unimaginable. I would Not recommended anyone to use Desert memorial and cremation services if you want good compassionate correct service!
