I have been waiting weeks for a cost to build estimate with at least two promises that it would be forthcoming very shortlyI was told by John Jorgensen on Monday July that he would have my estimate (which I have to submit to the mortgage loan company for final loan approval), available that weekI went to his office again two weeks ago and again received assurance it would be forthcomingThis is August 14th and not since June 21st has he ever communicated with me by phone, email, text or in person regarding this estimateI have at this point given up on using Desert Mesa Construction to build my house and this has cost me a two month delay plus having to resubmit all my loan information for re-approvalThis is VERY unprofessional and unacceptable
