George said he would take care of the problem and that was the last time I heard from him I called the office and asked him to call me back. I have yet to hear back.

Review: We contracted Desert Mesa Painting to paint the outside of our house. After the final inspection we noticed a cracked window. We alerted Desert Mesa Painting ([redacted].) who said he would come out and look at it. He never showed. We then called him and he said he would have it fixed, but would not be out to inspect it. We subsequently have emailed and called him with no return communications. We had our neighbour look at it last week and it still has not been fixed. We can only assume that at this point since we have not been contacted by anyone that it will not be fixed any time soon.Desired Settlement: Have the window repaired, and the surrounding caulking and paint fixed.

Review: I hired Desert Mesa Painting to paint the exterior of my house. They came within 2 days to do the job and I am more then pleased with the work they did except for the window screens they took off the house and failed to put back on correctly leaving a large gap between the screen & the house on the front window. I did not notice it for a few days until I opened the window because it did not show from the outside. Only the inside when I opened the window.

I called them & asked that they fix it. When the Son came to collect the money for the job I told him about the problem & he did a quick fix & walked away. The gap was not fixed so I called them again & got a promise they would send somebody out. To date no one has been out to fix it. I waited for over two weeks & called them a few more times but no results. I am really disappointed because I cannot fix it myself & I feel it is their responsibility to put the screen back on correctly so that I can open the window. Why should I have to pay someone else to fix it?Desired Settlement: I just want the screen to fit on the front window of the house without the large gaps for the bugs to enter.

I contacted this company on December 10, 2015 to reseal my driveway they did 3 ½ years ago. The owner, Joe, came over , gave me a quote that seemed pretty high at the time, but I nevertheless decided to do the work as the driveway needed repair. He committed to do the work on December 21st and 22nd as the driveway needed two layers . The job HAD to be done before 12/23/2015 as we were gone for six days after that date. They NEVER showed up neither called !! Unacceptable.

I finally got a call back after two attempts to reach someone. The person on the line apologized for not coming or contacting me and proposed to come on December 29 and 30 , 2015 when we returned from our trip.Today , 12/29/2105 , NOBODY showed up again and NO phone call.

If a company cannot stick to their commitment and do not even have the decense to inform you about it, I have the right to resign the signed contract. This is what I will do as I cannot work with unreliable suppliers.

[redacted] was patient and understanding of our circumstances regarding inside and outside of the house, we had roof damage and ceiling leaks he got a crew over ASAP before we had other damages occur, because of the customer service we received we had them returned to remove wall papper, and paint the interior of the house and the exterior. His crew was outstanding and polite!
