Hello,The amount of $has already been refunded by Booking.com, the website from which they had a reservationAccording to the motel policy, their is no refund given for any customer having a cancellation within hoursThe customer can have another room, if particular room doesn't meet the required standardsThe rates are also accordingly cheaper.Still, we have refunded back half the price, i.e $to the customerI really apologize for the inconveniencesWe are always trying to do our best.Thanks and regards,-Manager

I am rejecting this response because:
It was not Booking.com that barged my card. The hotel can not expect a 24hr prior cancelation when the cancellation was due to poor conditions. How am I supposed to know that 24hrs in advance? When there was no hot water or toilet paper in the room and pubic hair between the sheets offering another room was not going to work. I was not about to stay in the hotel with my children another night. Canceling at 8:00 AM when we left was as early as we could cancel. The manager was rude and refused to talk to me on the phone when I called to discuss. All I want is my money refunded for the night we did not stay there. Booking.com is going to refund me $30 but the hotel is the one who charged my card. They should be at least responsible for the other $30.00.
