Ms. [redacted] is correct with her dates.  When she contacted the Sales Rep to put a hold on the order it was the 24th, Thanksgiving day.  The check had already been turned in on the 23rd to be deposited and have the order placed.  Her request for cancelation came in on the...

24th is Thanksgiving and we were closed.  Once we were back in the office Monday morning we started the process of cancelling her order and requesting her refund.  She was notified that these actions were being done per her request that same day.  We do have a 3 day right to cancel stated clearly in the contract she signed.  So I am confused as to why she claims that she didn't know this or understand this right.  I am also confused as to why she would think we would be open over the Thanksgiving Holiday.  A check is being cut and sent out today, Thursday Dec. 1 for the full purchase amount she paid, $6,750.  There will be no additional amount sent.  I am not sure why she thinks we should be paying her any additional amount.  We have been very prompt and forthright to the process being taken to refund her money.  She should see this check within 7-10 business days depending upon the speed and accuracy of the USPS.  Should she need anything further she certainly could reach me at [redacted].  Sincerely,Matthew L[redacted] - Replacement Sales Manager
