I am appalled by the response from *** *** ! How can M&M stand behind such a response ? Let me remind you about the facts :
I asked M&M to repair the leaking roofTheir rep, *** *** came out and inspected the roofHe gave me an estimate for $ and guaranteed me that this would fix the problemFor M&M to claim that repairs are not guaranteed means :
The word Repair in English means "to restore to a sound or healthy state "The fact is that the roof was not restored to a sound or healthy stateM&M can't hide behind disclaimers !
Why would I pay anyone $ for "not doing the job properly" ? This defies logic !
Revdex.com should not rate M&M as an A+ business - it is totally inconsistent with M&M's business practices
All who read this - beware of M&M's promises
MM&M should do the right thing here - either give back my money, or repair the roof properly

Even though we came out the week we said we would be out and our disclaimer states that such items are to be removed in advance, it is never our intention to damage any property or cause any problems for the customerHad our crew who worked on the outside known what was going on in the inside, they would have stopped immediately and notified the officeWe can not replace the items you described as broken and for that I do apologize, but I would like to discuss with you any other ways we may be of assistance to you in resolving this issue
I know Chad who is our production manager reached out to you a couple times to address the situation and was only able to leave a voicemail on one occasion and I believe another time you might not have been feeling wellI hope that this week we have the opportunity to talk with you so that we can share with you how truly sorry we are that this was not the experience you had expected

can work with you to make sure that the end result is one you are satisfied with. I have spoken with our sales manager and shared your Revdex.com review with him. He mentioned to me that he is working on the credit for you (For a product the manufacturer can not send us) and as of yesterday 08/29/2016 he tried reaching out to you but the phone kept ringing and would not go to voicemail. I asked him to continue his efforts to reach out to you and to get this resolved.
