You stayed in the room you have to pay for that roomOn receipt and wall there is no refund and customer was verbally told

I am rejecting this response because:
I understand that there are no refunds for the advertised room, but the room was not advertised with cockroaches so under any
contract I should not be obligated to pay for itAs I stated in my previous complaint, we did not stay in the room or use itWe left before check in time was over and informed the front deskI assume that an advertised hotel is in compliance with the health department or it should not legally be operationalSince this hotel is not compliant with health standards and did not give me an advertised room(free of cockroaches) they did not fulfill their obligation and provide services as advertised, and I am entitled to a full refund
