The tenant that is now occupying one of my storage units by the name of [redacted] R[redacted] signed a contract that stated the we were not responsible for anything that got damaged or stolen from unit. she signed and dated the contract. She did advise me that it was broken into and I did the same procedure...

that I do with every storage that gets broken into report it to the police. We do not show the cameras to any one that rents here do to the retaliation the tenant might have towards that person. If the law enforcement officer request to see the camera for the report, we are more than happy to comply with authorities. When I spoke to her over the phone she was very rude and in fact she then transfers the call to her husband in which he started being very disrespectful and vulgar over the phone. I did ask him to calm down and in fact if he didn’t like our business there was other storages units in town. I had suggested her to get a better lock because the one she had was very faulty. She didn’t listen so I decided to provide one for her. At this property we are very professional and we do not take disrespect from any tenant and refuse the right to serve any one. I’ve been very professional to them and serve them with respect every time they came in. We do have security guards that are on patrol every 2 hours through the property so if she’s going to say that I suggest she has proof.  Last I will serve them with a 30-day notice so they can move their objects out of my unit.  I will send you an attachment of the contract signed by tenant. For future reference [redacted] R[redacted] should read and understand a contract before signing.
