This is an unfriendly institution I used their ATM to withdraw money, and because I don't have an account with them, paid the $transaction fee I then took my money into the branch and asked for two $bills to be broken up The clerk asked if I had an account with them I told her I did not She then said they didn't have any change I asked her if they would have change if I had an account with them She said yes This is no way to treat someone who could potentially become a customer, and Allegacy needs to realign their way of thinking and turn this into something positive Maybe train their clerks to make give a non-customer change and then make a friendly suggestion of the benefits of becoming a customer Simple business practice
