In regards to the email from the complain she made my response is that after 07/29/that she got treated by pest control they treated her apartment once more on 08/05/for crickets I have attached to the email our copies from pest control so could take a look at themOur pest control service is based on residents calling or coming in to the office to sign upWe do not just sign residents up for treatments and that was explained at move inThere is no possible way that animals can come out from the carpetsIf she still is infested why hasn't she called and signed up for pest control? It's the residents responsibility to let us know that they are still having a problemShe has not contacted us any more for roaches supposably her problem now is crickets and we treated her for that Thank You [redacted] ***Desert Point Property Manager###-###-####
