I wish to thank you for the opportunity to respond to a concern from one of our prospects I was forwarded the complaint made by Ms [redacted] regarding an application fee at The Barrington Place Apartments I am sorry that there was miscommunication between Ms [redacted] and our Barrington staff It appears that she filled out an application on line for an apartment at our complex However, another prospect put down the required deposit to hold the unit while their application was being processed There was some confusion on our procedures and holding an apartment I apologize for the miscommunication and of course we will refund Ms [redacted] her $that she spent to run her application We will have an internal discussion to review our procedures This is the first time in my five years that we had this complaint as an issue It is not our intent to confuse our prospects I apologize to Ms [redacted] for not communicating our procedure more clearly and I hope she will consider our apartments for any future housing needs she may have I would be happy to help her find a new home Sincerely, [redacted] Regional Supervisor Fiduciary Real Estate Development (608) 520-2200-Cell (414) 274-8296-Fax

I am sorry that there was miscommunication between Ms [redacted] and our Barrington staff.   It appears that she filled out an application on line for an apartment at our complex.   However, another prospect put down the required deposit to hold the unit while their application was being processed.

I apologize to Ms [redacted] for not communicating our procedure more clearly and I hope she will consider our apartments for any future housing  needs she may have.  I would be happy to help her find a new home.
