On 8/25, we received a booking through a THIRD PARTY ( [redacted] [redacted] or one of their subsidiaries)The booking was made under the name [redacted] .Sometime after the booking came in, I received a call from a [redacted] informing me that they were travelling with a lab/Dalmatian mix and wanted to know our pet policyI informed them that we do accept pets, but not in that roomThe only room that we accept pets is our Full Size Deluxe room and them our pet fee was $I graciously offered to WAIVE the pet fee and only charge the upgraded room fee(Which is $more)I also said that another option would be to cancel the reservation and that I would OFFER a FULL REFUND(Since this booking was made through a third party that only that third party could cancel the reservation) BTW, this is above and beyond our regular policy which is no cancelations/no refunds within days prior to arrival[redacted] said that she would have to think about it.Later on the 25th, I received a phone call letting me know that they wanted a refundI instructed them to contact [redacted] .***At 10:15am, I received an email from [redacted] [redacted] informing me that the booking was cancelled.As I SAID, I will offer a FULL REFUND and will process that today.I am still in awe as to how [redacted] and [redacted] have totally blown this think way out of proportion.Have a wonderful and positive day[redacted] ###-###-####
