I signed the authorizationFurthermore, you all contacted meI returned your call and told you I will only cancel the complaint when I have received my money back in the mail which [redacted] said corporate mailed out last weekRegardless or whatever policies they have, the whole transaction was UNPROSSIONALWhen I was in the office, [redacted] stated in the office, [redacted] was not supposed to run my debit card over the phoneAlso, I was told that I was not accepted until the day I came in to view the apartment which was when my "background check" supposedly came back clearBut all in all, hopefully I will have my check in the mail sometime this week or next week as [redacted] stated.Blessings! [redacted] ***

bought a car in november they still didn;t title it to my name with dnv had it one day oil pan leaked said he would fix it still not fixed the sales man was rude and got in my brothers face cussing at him when tried to get the problem fixed

*** was approved by phone when she was head to Texas by plane When she came into the office she was excited and my Assistant Manager, *** showed her the apartment before she was to sign the lease agreement. She took pictures of the apartment and said that she liked the
apartment. When she got back to the office, she called her mom to tell her about the apartment and was here for about 30 minutes. All of the sudden she decided that she didn’t want the apartment and she said that she wanted her money back. I told her that the deposit and money that we had received was non-refundable once her application had been approved. She then got angry and called her mother and wanted to see her application and exactly where it said that the deposit was non-refundable. I let her read the application and she even told me that she hadn’t read it when she filled it out online. We are refunding her the even though we shouldn’t as you can see by the attached information that I included in this email. I am sure that she didn’t tell you how her mother yelled at me on the phone and I had to hang up. I am sure she didn’t tell you how she started yelling at me, threatening me with a lawyer and using fowl language. I told her to get out of my office or I was calling the police What *** doesn’t understand is that that was the only apartment of that size that was available at the time of leasing and that is why she wanted to put down the deposit to hold it off the market. The deposit is liquid damages, however like I said I went ahead and submitted a refund for the deposit amount of 200.00. The is a non-refundable administration fee and the is the cost of using the online payment, which is also non-refundable The whole reason that she decided that she didn’t want the apartment was because it was not close enough to the airport. In actuality the apartment is only minutes from the airport on the tollway. If you have any other questions, please feel free to give me a call Respectfully, *** ***

Purchased a vehicle from The Car and Truck Store in December of Vehicle was listed in "excellent" condition After test driving I noted a clutch burning smell Dealer agreed to fix clutch and transmission if necessary, but tried to get me to pay for the transmission repair I noted the car was advertised 'excellent' condition and we struck a deal for my trade-in Car was in repair shop for several weeks I was not given an inspection report on vehicle, nor was I given the window sticker when purchasedWhen I picked up the car over a month later, I drove it for one day when it died Dealer claimed no responsibility Engine had to be rebuilt to the tune of over 2, Later discovered front windshield had been replaced without sealant and leaks badly Filed complaint with the DOT, dealer claims no responsibility

Dear [redacted]I have already sent the documents that she is requesting you to see.  I don't care if she has a recording of me calling her since the whole refund took place before the Revdex.com even contacted me.  I won't even respond to the lies that are in the complain, as I have live witness to the whole situation that happened in the office here at Desert Sands Apartments.  I have been doing property management for 23 years and I know the laws and rules of the TAA Application and Lease agreement.  She did sign the application electronically that can be tracked through our website.  Her application was approved over the phone right before she got on the plane to come to Texas.  Anyone that lives here, knows that if you take the Toll way from Haltom City, TX to the DFW Airport that it only takes 15 minutes.    If you would truly like to have all the documentation of correspondence with her,  I have plenty to provide you.I do find it truly funny how she called me on Thursday or Friday of last week and said that she was cancelling the complaint and then to receive this email. Respectfully,[redacted]

I took pictures of the apartment to show my mom some of the stuff in the apartment that did not resemble the pictures from the website, but this has nothing to do with why I decided not to sign the lease. I did not sign the lease because the apartments are 28 minutes (20.9) miles) away from the airport, NOT 15 minutes. That is false. As I stated before, I don't have a car in Dallas, so I had to get a taxi to and from the apartment and that cost me $86 all together. I can not afford that everyday, so that is why I denied the offer. Also, my mom didn't yell or scream or bad mouth anyone. She said that I ([redacted]) would be making a complaint with the Revdex.com and the attorney general's office against Desert Sands, and that is exactly what I did. No threats were made, at all. As I stated before, the application agreement states "company can keep deposit as liquidated damages if you fail to sign lease after APPROVAL" I was NEVER approved for the apartment because they never ran my credit, I also checked my credit report and there are no inquires from Desert Sands apartments. I just applied for an apartment last week and the inquire for that is on my report, so that is how I know Desert Sands did not check. They are just trying to get over. Furthermore, I NEVER signed the application agreement manually, OR electronically. I was supposed to sign it the day I came to view the apartment, but because I never signed the lease, I never signed the application agreement, so both are INVALID. Desert Sands needs to send PROOF of all things that they are disputing. To further illustrate my point, after I filed the first claim with Revdex.com, [redacted] called and left me a voicemail, which I also have proof of. When I called back she told me the company was mailing my check to me. A week later, no response from them to the Revdex.com, until yesterday. Also, yesterday, [redacted] told me that corporate just mailed my check yesterday 7/31/15.In this complaint I have attached my credit report, he map and distance from Desert Sands to DFW Airport. I am currently away on business in McCallen, TX. I will be in Dallas on Monday. If you could have [redacted] send you a copy of the unsigned application agreement. I will send my copy of it (that they gave me) as soon as I am back in town.I will not accept this, and I will keep my claim open until I have received my check in the mail, [redacted] said I should have it in a few weeks. Thanks a bunch.
