It was explained to the customer twice that there is "No Guarantee" for bees getting water from the pool as the Hive is not on his property to be treated completelyHowever the technician showed customer how to use a product called "Skillit" that may be purchased at any pool supply store to treat the water himself on a continuing basis as this will be needed until the bees/wasps find an alternate water sourceWe have made a second complimentary/goodwill trip to service the customer and educate him once again Customer is rude, manipulative, and unreasonable, resulting in this complaint Sincerely, [redacted] Manager DSPC

I called them a week ago and they said they would call to schedule someone to come out and respray for bees since they were here one month ago and the bees were back They never called back The next week I called them and they said I am sorry it is for a day guarantee and your guarantee is up They never told me that When they sprayed months ago, it was to last at least months Now they claim it is days and never indicated that to me when I paid for this service They are not reputable nor do they return calls.They charged $to drop some sticks around the fountain and they subsequently fell into the fountain and never did get rid of any bees What a rip-off

We would like to share with you my experience with one of your ‘Authorized Service Centers’Our Holiday Rambler motor home has an Aqua Hot system to provide heat It has zones – kitchen, bath, bedroom We went to use the system and it was not blowing warm air but we still had hot water So we made arrangements to have it looked at for repair at Jim’s Truck and Trailer in Winona, MN We have had repairs on our Aqua Hot unit done here in the past and thought we were getting good, honest, qualified serviceWe took the coach to Winona on September 6, and checked in at Jim’s Truck and Trailer We came and went throughout the day Around 2:00pm we were told the coach would not be done that day So we gathered some overnight items and stayed at an area hotelWe returned the next day around Noon We were told that the coach needed three new check valves and three new circulation pumps because all zones were not working The cost of the parts quoted from Jim’s was $for each check valve and $for each pump for a total of $plus tax and shipping We asked to speak with the mechanic We asked how all three pumps and check valves could fail at the same time and he said he didn’t know how that could have happened We also discussed that the cost of the pumps was very high and that we felt we could get them online for less money He said that would be fine as long as they were the exact same parts there would be no problem We agreed on the arrangement and he wanted us to call the next day if we were able to find the partsWe looked online and called a couple of vendors We did find a vendor that stocked that same pump model He said the pumps were used by other industries but that it was the same model number made by the same manufacturer Exact same We have received the new pump and they are in fact exactly the same pump (We have photos of the two pumps for comparison if you would like use to forward them to you.) Price $each for a total of $for all pumps Free shipping We ordered the pumps We then found a vendor for the check valves for $each plus $shipping for a total of $ Not a big savings but we were unsure of how much shipping would be through Jim’s so we went ahead and ordered the check valves alsoWe then called Jim’s Truck and Trailer to let them know the parts were on order and we would bring them in to have them installed We spoke with Debbie She told us they would not install parts unless they were purchased through them This is not that unusual in the repair industry but we were not told this when we talked with the mechanic earlier and it was not mentioned at any time previous She insisted they would not install our acquired parts She also implied that the mechanic would not tell us that We told her we had a slip of paper with the part numbers that the mechanic had given us We also had one of the pumps he gave us back to use as a reference to search for the parts online How would we get this information? The conversation ended with her insistence that they would not reinstall the partsWe then realized that we did not get all our old parts back Only one pump/check valve unit was given to us to use as a resource to order the correct parts Also, when we were looking at the pump/check valve unit we had, the check valve was opening and closing as the pump was tilted so we are confused on why it was determined to be inoperable We called back to Jim’s and asked to have our old parts shipped to us Again we spoke with Debbie She said she would ship them to us in the morning She then said she would talk to the mechanic but again said she did not believe he had said he would install parts we purchased online We assured that we had a long conversation with the mechanic about it and that is exactly what he said She said she would talk with him the next day She then made some comment about how they would charge a 20% markup to install our parts This is the first mention of this up charge At this point we would not want them to work on the unit We have concerns on them performing services in our best interestWe were charged $to check the Aqua Hot unit and remove the parts hours to perform the tasks involved in removing the pump/check valve units We do not know if this is a reasonable time for this service but it does seem like quite a bit of time to do this We now have a disassembled heating unit and will have to find another resource to put this unit back togetherSo we checked your website and found another Authorized Service Center, Tom’s Mobile RV out of Minneapolis So we called him and he was shocked at the situation we had been left with He has been repairing Aqua Hots for a number of years and said he has never had all pumps fail at the same time He also told us that the pumps can be repaired and do not necessarily need to be replaced The check valves if not used for awhile may become ‘stuck’ but the first attempt at repair would be to tap on them with a hammer to see if they can be freed without disassembly We do not know if this was tried Once we receive the pump units back from Jim’s we will take them to Tom to test He will also look at the check valves and determine if he needs to install the new pumps or can reinstall the old pumps if one or more of them is functionalWe felt you should be aware of how your customers are treated at Jim’s Truck and Trailer in Winona We also have some concerns about their ability to perform repairs in the most cost effective manner to benefit the coach owner We feel we were taken advantage of by trusting the fact that being an Authorized Service Center meant they meet a certain level of expertise and as representatives of your company would treat your customers fairly This is not the case at this location Could you share with is the criteria for a repair facility to become ‘authorized’? We are curious to know what goes into this designationNow we question all the past service that has been performed on our Aqua Hot unit here A couple of years ago we were told we need to replace the Webasto and we did That service was also very expensive and in hindsight we should have questioned it at the time

Dropped a trailer off after I purchased itAsked for bearings and brakesGot a $400-$quote, found the tail light wasn’t working, I asked them to fix it as well but not exceed $ We stopped in at am the trailer was pretty much completed needed tires on5:we get a callThey said $was the totalLet me be clear this is a basic horse trailerStating hours of workWe hook up and notice the tail light that the female owner assured repeatedly us was fixed, “must be your truck” we pull the truck and trailer inEmployees all looking at it like a cow looks at a new gate I said can we start with popin the bulb out and seeing if it’s basicFemale owner said we already did her tone told me otherwise, we pop it off and apparently a Squirell made a home as twigs and leaves fell out it was clear the Leanse hasn’t been off in a long timeOwner kept re assuring me we don’t pack on hours and only bill what was doneThe mechanic did nice work on bearing and brakes but the wiring was bad so it didn’t worknewly purchased trailer, they couldn’t get it done in time for me to drive back to Washington state I’ve worked in the auto Buisness and can smell a lie from a long ways awayseems there’s two owners father is/was awesome and daughter seems money hungry and deceptive, won’t be goin there again, even though the old man was awesome!

Bizarre experience just now with this organization - Young man and 20-something girl showed upGirl comes to door, standing right next to the bee hive and asks where the bees areShe was CLEARLY not a trained techSo she says, "oh, I just wanted to see them, the guy in the car will come kill them."
She goes to the car to talk to the guy as he is suiting upBut they never gave me a quote for the jobTheir website posts between $- $to do the jobBut after glancing at the job, she didn't give me an exact quote before doing any work
So I walked to the truck where the guy is putting on his bee suite, and ask for the priceHe says: "$395"THREE HUNDRED AND NINETY FIVE DOLLARS
So I remind him the website prices are CONSIDERABLY lower and he answers "That's the 'mean person' price."
Huh? I ask them to leave and call their phone # thinking I just got a tech having a bad day, and the same guy answers the phone, and says the same thing to me, then hangs up
CLEARLY they are running some sort of scam, hoping a homeowner won't ask for the price prior to them completing the service

I called for a quote regarding removing a clump of bees from a tree...I expressed the price was a bit high to simply spray them down and before I could ask what the price included
I was told "then go make some money and stop being such a piece of ***!"

Description of Complaint: Work that was performed to repair cracks in the fiberglass walls and paint of my motor coach was not performed as it should have been This has resulted in my returning the coach, for various reasons, four times, at considerable expense to me At this time there are numerous defective areas in the fiberglass repairs where materials that were defective or improperly used have shrunk or for other reasons are visible in the paint Also, both sidewalls are cracking in numerous areas allowing water to get in behind the coach walls; these cracks continue to expand and more appear every month The areas of defective fiberglass repair were first visible in the paint within a few weeks of the initial repair The coach was returned for their inspection and to determine what was to be done They did not know what was causing the defective areas and asked that I return the coach when they could arrange to have a representative of the manufacturer of the materials us

A bee service was provided for the *** family on 8/29/where Honey was present and they declined to have it removedThis decision is a poor one and causes any warranty they might otherwise have had to be voided, and is explained in detail at the time of serviceI would like to point
out a few items for you to consider. On the Invoice it clearly indicates by the customers signature that: The Honey Removal was declined after our recommendation to have it removedOptions included to have it done by us or to do it themselves personally or by a handyman, but the honey needs to be removed....As a result of declining to remove the honey, there is no guarantee conveyed. If secondary services were needed as a result of additional bee activity either by robber bees from neighboring hives or from bees returning to the hive from having been out in the environmentthat service would cost 48.00 dollars. All that being said, the customer acknowledged all work performed was to their satisfaction. Payment in full was given at completion of service. Rights to dispute charges are waived by the customer. The customer acknowledges they have read and understand completely the invoice prepared and all the details it contained. Can you see the Un pleasant, angry tone in which this individual walks thru life withWe had to deal with this from the first Hello...The Tech even made a second service call at no charge to the customer although this type of service is not guaranteed and explained in detail during the first service and once again at the second service there would be no guarantee and that he would need to follow up on his own with the treatmentsour position was made clear at least twiceThe customer was satisfied, paid the outstanding balance and Now he's once again not satisfied ?
I feel we have gone above and beyond, but can not do more for an individual that is so unreasonable and snarky
I wish him well, and hope he seeks counseling for his emotional issues

This company is a scam.  I was absolutely guaranteed that they would get rid of my bees.  They took $140 from me to poor 10 oz of algaecide in my pool which I had already tried prior to hiring them.  Yes they came out twice only because they promised me they could kill the bees.  Every complainant on the Revdex.com site is just like mine and they prey on people who are in need of service and hire them before checking their history.  The Revdex.com gives them an F on their site for good reason and this is the normal operation for this company to not fulfill their promised and they have zero customer service skills.  Their technicians were terrible and contradicted each other with what to do.  Charging someone $140 to poor 10 oz of liquid is criminal, and they will never return your calls and just keep saying they will send someone out with no shows or calls.  They even blocked my number so I couldn't call them anymore.  Don't ever do business with this company!  They are the worst I have ever seen!

I had two wasp nests show up at my front door. I called this company and they said it would be $88 for up to 3 nests. The nice technician came out and 1/2 hour later they were all gone. Only now the price they're charging is $295 and according to multiple phone calls the wasp price is $88 and up.
I feel taken advantage of and wish I could call another company. This company will charge you whatever they like and won't respond to phone calls.
