I had my trip cancelled on 3/18/18 and was supposed to receive my refund but that never happened. I have contacted the owner Jose multiple times and he said it would be taken care of.. it never was. My friend also booked the same trip and he also did not receive a refund. This is terrible customer service and Jose should not be running a business. There are multiple complaints online about not receiving refunds from him in the past. I have called him multiple times and voicemails have been left with no response.
