I called Desert Solutions back in January, as the heat in my small business establishment was not working (we were sitting at degrees) They came out very first thing the next morning, as promised, and took the time to check the system, get on the roof, fix the issue, and then wait the necessary timeframe to test it and ensure it was working before they left Efficient work yet not in a rush Excellent customer service from the get-go, super quick response time, and great work They answered all of my questions as they worked We've had no issues with our heater since I would most definitely recommend their services to anyone needing a/c or heat service !

I definitely highly recommend Desert solutions air conditioning and heating!! Alex who is the owner came out to my place for an estimation and was very professional and niceI was very pleased with the estimation that was given to me and definitely would not go with the wide cooperation a.c guys!! , They are a rip off they have nothing on desert air conditioning solutions! I love the fact that they have a warranty and are reliable and Alex knows what he is doing and is very knowledgeableI would recommend them to all!! they will be the only people I deal with for now on! Because of Alex I now have my heater on and running!!!

We used Desert Solutions Air Conditioning to replace on of our Trane heat pumps and Alex Gallardo was really reasonable ($under all other bids) He used the highest quality equipment and did an excellent job installing the heat pump, handlers, etc In fact he did such a great job, at such a reasonable price, that we had him come back and install an air scrubber We have two Trane heat pumps and he has serviced the larger one that was replaced by another company two years ago (before we met Alex) We have found him to be thorough, professional, trustworthy, efficient, quick to respond and a pleasure to work with

What a find Small business with small prices Ask for Alex this guy is a genius with AC & Heaters Done it all his life I think Showed me what was wrong and made several recommendations I could afford Plus guarantees everything for a year 100% He sells new units but showed me how to save big money by rebuilding instead of buying new Now he services all my rentals and home too He also does mobile homes and commercial This is a great company to do business with plenty of good, honest advice and knowhow
