We have been using Desert Sparkle pool care for about 7 years now and have had nothing but excellent service. They reliably show up every week for cleaning service on the pool and do a great job every time. But more than that, they have always responded to maintenance issues right away, at a fair price and have done excellent work. We had a monsoon-related disaster over the summer and Desert Sparkle worked hard to drain the pool, clean and refill it in a timely manner.

From the people in the office who are always quick to respond to any communication to the guys cleaning the pool and fixing the equipment, everyone has simply been outstanding. GREAT service!

I have been a Desert Sparkle customer for close to 10 years in 2 different houses. Through that time the entire team - [redacted] and [redacted] have been wonderful to work with. They are reliable, honest and the hardest working team I've ever seen. What I like about them is that if I ever had a problem with my pool (and face it, we live in the desert, there will be problems with your pool!) they always offered me multiple solutions to fix the problem that wouldn't break my bank. And they are ALWAYS available. Everyone in the company is extremely knowledgeable about pool equipment. They always go above and beyond and I recommend them to anyone looking for pool service.

Services I've used them for: weekly cleaning, fixing broken "pop-ups," equipment getting struck by lightening, fixing sand filter, white washing sides, broken pool light, fixing broken motorized cleaner and more.

This company was hired recently to care for our HOA's pool. The people who have come to service it for the past few months have done nearly nothing for us. They do not brush down the sides of the pool, apply chemicals, vacuum the pool often enough nor backwash it. Our pool has been a deep green, opaque color for more than a week.
