I turned on my AC last week to realize it wasnt cooling, called a company from the yellow pages(wont mention the name) and they gave me a $bill! After talking to my neighbor and her husband, they recommended Desert Star AC so I gave them a call
The gentleman on the phone was very professional, I got a time frame and had them show up on time! That was another great thing!
The technician checked the ac and gave me a few options with out trying to sell me anything, he explained everything and let me decide
I paid Desert Star AC a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge me
I will definately recommend them to all my friends and family!

Great service they came out do a tune up and found a small leak on my condenser they grazed it and my A/C WORKED better then ever !!

Last week my ac went out and I called Desert Star Air Conditioning. It was a wed evening after work. I thought for sure that they wouldn't be able to come out the same day but they did. The service tech was professional and quick to arrive. He diagnosed my system fast. Even though he didn't have all the parts my unit needed he got me up and running and came back the next day to complete the repair. They were reasonably priced compared to other ac companies I have called in past. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I was very impressed

I had an excellent experience working with Desert Star Air Conditioning, and would recommend them to anyone in need of air conditioning services. I came home from work on Wednesday to discover my a/c was not cooling my house, despite the fact that it was running non-stop. It was 92 degrees in my house! I was told that my a/c unit was toast, and it would need to be replaced entirely. So the next day, I called around trying to figure out how I was going to pay for it, and when I called Desert Star, a very friendly gentleman answered the phone and was able to get me approved very quickly for financing. [redacted] (I hope that is spelled correctly), arrived at my house a short hour later to go over my options, and helped me decide on the best unit and payment plan. The installation team showed up the very next morning to install the new unit, and [redacted] himself assisted with the install because one of the installers called in sick! He went above and beyond to ensure my ac was up and running again. I could not be more satisfied with the quality and care provided by this company. Just want to share my experience with Desert Star Air Conditioning Inc. My plan was to quote at least three companies for the better AC product and price, before I made my purchase. I called the first two businesses and they did not seem to me that they were that interested or motivated in selling; maybe because it was past 4 p.m. and they were ready to go home for the day. Both businesses told me that they were going to contact me on the following day. I then called Desert Star Air Inc and Fernando answered and gave me his undivided attention. He was very attentive and professional and told me what I wanted to hear. He told me that he was busy in Tucson at the time but was willing to drive 60 miles to meet me right afterwards. An hour or so later, Fernando was ringing my door bell and in 40 minutes later I was signing the contract order. On the next day, Desert Star Air Conditioning Inc personnel arrived at my house at 9 am and they were completed at 12 pm without any problems or surprises. And now I am just enjoying my Trane. I would recommend Desert Star Air Conditioning Inc to anyone anytime.....

Desert star has excellent customer service and great! Product. And pricing. Intuitive Capital Solutions, LLC have used their service multiple times and have refferred them to many partners and companies from the Real Estate Business. We have recommend their work with Realtors in the Tucson area. Very satisfied with their service.

I contacted Desert Star AC in mid April to have my mini-split leak tested. I was very satisfied with the excellent service, professionalism, courtesy. I highly recommend this company of fair and reasonable experts....

Desert Star Air Conditioning is top notch, second to none. Their techs are prompt, knowledgeable and have the best integrity I have seen. The company does exactly what they say, They put the customer first. Our AC broke and and the inside of the house was 96. The first company that came out tried to price gouge us and told us it would be 10k for a 2.5 ton 13 seer unit. During the period of a week we had 6 other companies come out and give us price quotes. All the techs except for the ones at Desert Star seemed very shady and kept trying to sell us items we didn't need. Desert Stars price came in 1600 dollars cheaper than everyone else s and for a better system. The install was quick, the installer very thorough and the system is amazing. I highly recommend Desert Star and look forward to doing business with them again.

we are renting a building on Broadway, from [redacted]. we had to get for quotes to replace a 7 & a half ton unit, and [redacted] contacted us from desert star, and his quote was close to one other company, and because I felt he went the extra mile to help us understand what we really needed we decided as a church to allow desert star to do this job for us. they were on time, and when there was a problem in the air exchange unit, they fixed it for no extra charge. even though that was not part of the deal, all we had to do was pay for the part. we highly recommend [redacted] and his crew.

Desert Star Air Conditioning helped us out in a bind. The HVAC person that did the work prior to Desert Star had messed up everything really bad. Desert Star bid on fixing the job and was the best price. On top of that, they also meet with the buyer and 3 of the buyer's friends who were all in construction. After they met with [redacted] they were all amazed at his professionalism and knowledge. To the point that they wanted to use him on other projects when they come up. They did the HVAC and duct work on time and finished a day early. 4 people all looked at their worked and said it was GRADE A++. They saved us and the home sale.
