Desert Star Apartments

My first week as a tenant at desert star apartment someone was coming into my apartment steeling and vandolizing my belongings. Of course I reported it immediatly to the office. At that point I was informed that there was a security camera on my apartment and was reassured no one was coming into my apartment. Time went on and I noticed my food was being poisoned. I then notified the police and the office again. I then requested to see the security video, I was then told that I was not allowed to see it. I was also told that no one ever said there was a camera. I asked for my locks to be changed and was told they were too busy. Just recently I was talking to a neighbor and she said she saw someone in my apartment with the door open while I was not there. My mailbox also has been broken into several times. I asked for my locks to be changed and they have not changed yet.
