I had a great experience with Desert Starr. Rob went above and beyond for us. We contacted Desert Starr to inspect the structural integrity of our chimney after we experienced a water leak from the roof. Rob came out late in the afternoon the same day and inspected the chimney and provided us his assessment of where water was coming into the house (flashing not the chimney). We opted to hire him anyway to repair any spots where the mortar was crumbling or cracked. Rob then came back out to our house when the roofing company was doing a water test to ensure they could not blame the chimney if it failed. He explained his assessment of the problem to the roofing company and they agreed it was the flashing not the chimney. His repairs were clean and looked great. I?d definitely use him for future masonry work.

Rob did a great job! Hard worker cared about his quality of work. Cleaned up well. He removed the existing front and back brick steps then formed and hand poured new concrete steps. I would definitely recommend him.
