Contracted with this company on September 16, 2015, for a steel carport to be built in Overgaard AZ. Paid a local contractor to prepare the land and obtain the necessary permit which was done within a couple weeks of signing the contract with Desert Steel. As of this writing, November 23, 2015, no carport or even any idea for when it might happen. Numerous calls to the customer service rep at Desert Steel reveal that they have no idea what is happening with the scheduling and no idea when we can expect to hear anything. Stay away from this company.

Review: I ordered a 18x26 ft prefabricated steel carport. what was delivered was a 25ft carport. roof, side and gable material is not the right length. parts missing to attach gable header. gable header too long. footing rail is two piece which is not allowed by engineers drawing.Desired Settlement: the right building parts, or for business to pick up exist building and provide full refund

they started off as coast to coast carports. now I am dealing with desert steel buildings. they claim to del an install in 1-4 weeks it has 3 months they are hard to call or email first contact was carports.com
