*** and I want to apologize to *** for the time it has taken to receive her rent refund and the lack of follow up on our part to assure it was completed It is not acceptable for a rent refund to take this long to be returned to a customer I first heard of ***'s situation
yesterday (10/14/14) when I was contacted by *** at the Revdex.com I contacted ***, the store manager about ***'s situation, we both contacted our accounting department to find out the status of her rent refund Instead of having *** wait for the delivery of the current refund check or a new check, I had *** purchase a *** gift card in the amount of $and contact *** to arrange pick up the refund at our store *** called and spoke to *** yesterday afternoon, 10/14/14.I spoke to *** at the Revdex.com about the time it took for the Revdex.com to contact me about *** ***'s initially reached out to the Revdex.com on 9/18/and I was first notified of her situation on 10/14/ *** will call and/ or email *** today (10/15/14) regarding the lack of response Again, we want to apologize to ***. Review: I Contracted with Desert Storage in Cave Creek upon my Mother's death. On August 12, 2014 the locker was vacated and deemed clean. I paid $418 for a three month rental, but vacated the locker within 1 month of rental. I am due at least 2 months of refund at $149 per month. I am being told that "corporate [redacted] LLC") sent the check on Aug 22, but it has not been received nor cashed. The post office checked all other mailboxes on my street for mis-delivery and found no piece of mail from [redacted]. Now I am being told that a stop payment will be issued but that I may have to wait another week before they issue a new check.

I do not believe that a check was ever issued, but am completely dissatisfied with the delay in getting my refund.Desired Settlement: I believe I am due interest on this money as I have waited more than a month for the refund.
