In response to *** and *** ***'s complaint :
*** and *** *** entered into a property management agreement with my company back in Almost every month of the said agreement we had the obstacle of covering their negative account balance enough to pay the
mortgage and HOAThat being said we had set them up through a bill pay program and everything was fine until we unknowingly missed two payments under belief that it had been taken outIn May we were notified of the delinquent account and immediately paid the balanceAfter questioning the delinquency of an account that was supposedly on auto pay, we were told that all auto payments must be renewed annually per a new law that we were unaware had passed in MarchI had personally apologized to *** to no avail and offered compensation which to her standards was not good enough.I hired an attorney to draw up a letter for their creditor stating that I am taking full responsibilityI had applied all the money to her past balances anyway, refunding her for the years managementThis was an honest mistake and in no way was it intentional*** has made it clear in previous emails and in her complaint that they had moved two years ago and also hired a new property management company after me, which would make it abundantly clear to anyone that I was not the reasoning behind her selling her houseI understand and take complete responsibility for this mistake and the late payment on her creditThe bill for the backyard maintenance was taken care of before placement of a tenant and the date is clearly stated on the bill and work orderI also have a dated work order for the removal of the door that she states has already been removed for the inspection, the tenant can prove that it was still there when she moved in As for the social media comment, I do not feel as though stalking my facebook page was the right way to go about getting informationNor do I mix my personal and business life, pictures do not tell the whole storyI have dealt with the verbal abuse and apologized numerous timesI truly am sorry for the mistake of the two non-payments on the mortgage and I have documentation of all correspondence, work orders and statements attached I would have sent in an answer sooner however, I was preparing for an audit

Lack of professionalism and TERRIBLE customer service

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. After we found out mortgage had not been paid we checked other accounts, finding out that [redacted] had not paid HOA for 14 months and it had been sent to collections. We also have tax information showing at the end of each year we were in a POSITIVE balance. (All by the info [redacted] gave us) I have emails from [redacted] proving she did this, I have letters that the collection agency gave me showing [redacted] paid a small amount to keep the creditors from contacting the credit burro. I also have Info from [redacted] stating that [redacted] never NEVER had auto pay set up. They actually laughed when we asked about that and told us a management company is NEVER allowed to set up auto payments and had a list of how payments were made each month. If my husband and I had intended to sell the home we would have done this when we moved. Not now. It was intended to be a retirement home for us or a home for one of our children. Of course we hired another management company! [redacted] was scamming us! Unfortunately [redacted] put our home in a delinquent status. That caused permanent damage that even the letter she provided wouldn't help fix. We were told by a lawyer on base that without selling the home the payment status Info would always show up on out credit score (for 7-9 years). Therefore, in our best interest, since even bad credit can affect the level of clearance my husband has to attain for his job we decided to sell. We've repeatedly given [redacted] the option to pay us back. We've gotten excuse after excuse. (I have proof via email) if [redacted] should choose not to solve this here we've talked to the realtors board and WILL put in a dirndl complaint. We're asking for very little compensation for the huge amount if damage she caused. We can solve this right here which we'd love to do but if she continues to lie about the situation we can involve lawyers and her license. We've been more than nice to this IMO thief. Thank you. We are very sad to see she's completely lied again and again even the the proof has poked up. But as we've said we'd love to end this here. 14 months  of what we paid back and money fur the realtor we had to pay for selling the home...  That's pretty much nothing compared to losing her license if you ask me.Regards,[redacted]

I met with [redacted] and his wife [redacted] on December 11th at which time, the wanted to rent a home I had to offer.  They gave me $800 deposit along with the applications.  I did in fact give them a receipt on a piece of lined paper as I could not locate my receipt book and something is...

better than nothing.  I was told by [redacted] that a few things needed to be fixed as a condition of their move in.  These items included cleaning the house again without Bleach as it is not GREEN.  She also wanted the base boards repainted as it would cause her hours of OCD episodes to clean them to her satisfaction.  These items were taken care of immediately due to their request along with landscaping resulting in a invoice of $210 (attached)  I received a call from [redacted] on the evening of December 14th explaining to me that he and his wife decided not to take the house and that they are going to divorce instead.  He then asked me to find [redacted] a house of her own.  He said that he understood the need to deduct cost due to taking it off the market and the extra clean.  Yes $230 was deducted form the $800 the break down is (3) days rent at $30=$90  Plus $140 for the extra cleaning and painting.  A check for $570 was sent out to [redacted] for the balance.

As a final response, I would like to point out that Desert Summit has acted in good faith to clear up this issue. We have credited the [redacted]’s negative account a full years fees plus we have paid an attorney to write the letter for their creditors. At one point we had even asked for mediation. We paid all late fees and all fees associated with the HOA and mortgage. It is not right that we be forced to pay Realtor fees when they had moved out of state two years prior. We feel that we taken full responsibility and what we have already done is all we are prepared to do. Again we are truly sorry and have taken all necessary precautions so this does not happen in the future.[redacted]Desert Summit Management[redacted]
