Spoke to Mr [redacted] , spoke to [redacted] , and his credit file will be updated sometime in in the middle of January to show the two late payments as current After reviewing the sequence of events, it is clear to me that Desert Sun followed procedure in every way it could and that [redacted] was responsible for creating the mess for Mr [redacted] After speaking with Mr [redacted] , I believe we are on the same page as to what transpired and believe this case to be resolved I have asked Mr [redacted] to use [redacted] to check on the status of that update in Januay and call me if it isn't fixed I will happily follow up with [redacted] on his behalf if it hasn't be completed Travis H [redacted] CEO
