Desert Tech Appliance Service

I feel like this business has no communication and no sense of urgency. I will have waited 2 months to have my washer repaired. They told Me 5 to 10 business days to receive parts. That's fine if you meet those lofty times to receive parts. I waited two extra days abd called and was told that my parts were still on order and some story to back up why. They then called 5 days later to say they shipped and to call to schedule 1st available appointment. I've been waiting a month to get my washe fixed now. I call back told schedule and the earliest time is over 2 weeks away. There is no reason to leave a customer with an inoperable appliance for the amount of time they have. They don't seem to have any concessions to speed up repairs. I Will write reviews on every website I can to keep people clear of this company.
