What does it matter if someone else from my family came in?I have the receipt to show the cost difference that I had to pay,because you didn't do the job right.I also had to take the vehicle to Lancaster and back from Hemet to the dealership the vehicle was purchased at,because of your false claims that my struts were bad.So the $20 difference in alignment cost isn't going to cover that.You can calculate the cost of gas,but I don't know how you put a price on the hassle you put me through.Not to mention the trust that your business violated.You give other businesses a bad name.How am I supposed to trust any mechanic with my vehicle now?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience we put you through we have spoke to our employee about the situation and some consequences were done. Again were very sorry for the bad customer service you had to experience. We have come to an agreement on paying for the gas that you had to put due to our mistake and also paying the difference for the alignment. Which comes to the total of $60.00. We hope to keep you as a customer again we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
