I felt excessive pressure to purchase the extended warrany and finally accepted it when they wore me down I called the very next morning to cancel - the finance man made the appointment to see him for the following day Then the appointment was rescheduled for the day after that Now it is apparently 'too late' The entire experience has been very bad They tell me now that there is nothing they can do - even if I cancel the extended service contract it won't change my payment They also included life insurance in the 'deal' which I expressly did not want In addition to that, they got the payoff amount wrong on my trade in and overcharged me for that as well They were not willing to even correct the mistates that were wrong on the contract

My daughter and I were looking to replace my grandson's car, which had been totaled in a car accidentWe were fairly distraught over the circumstances of the accident; and thus, very vulnerableThis is actually a long story...but, the upshot is that our vulnerability made us both easy prey for a hard sell We ended up signing all the paperwork to purchase a Highlander that, after some thoughtful consideration, neither of us wantedUltimately, the deal fell through, but it could have been a much more harrowing experience than it was, if it had not been for the Fabulous General Manager, [redacted] I initiated email correspondence with him the day after we drove the car home, and he immediately responded with a date and time to sit down and meet, face-to-face He took care of our immediate needs re: the vehicle, and continued to interface with us to the final outcome, which was to return the vehicle He is Professional and Kind, and what we will remember about Desert Toyota!!!

I did not buy car here but went there for 15k service the service consultant *** normoyle was rude and curt he was extremely disrespectful of my time I came in with a prior appointment at am he was being curt to a customer on phone I waited and then he told me it would be am before my car would be done even though all they were doing was rotate car wheels [no oil change] long before am my car was done and sitting on lot when I went to ***, he said my paperwork was not done even though it was right behind him with keys when I pointed this out to him, he thrust it into the hands of his colleague and told her to take care of it her computer was not working so she made me wait another ten minutes before she checked me out incompetence and disrespect all around

Service center has system where they assign you some "specialist"I was assigned kid that doesn't know anythingThey replaced my combination meterGet back car and odometer reads 299k milesIt had less than 100k when I brought it inGas tank completely emptyClock is two hours offIt takes minutes on holdmessages and finally demanding to speak to manager to get them on the phoneThey put someone else's meter in my carAnother min drive backSit in service center for more hoursThey fix itManager never once leaves his office to talk to meI have to twist the arm of the year old kid to get him to offer a free $oil change next time I come inI spend $for an oil change there instead of quick lube because they are supposedly the most knowledgable to fix my carObviously though they are just as incompetentJust as indifferent about happy customers as anyone elseObviously can't expect competence or better service regardless of how much more I pay

After buying multiple vehicles over the years and having nothing positive experiences has come to a very sad end. The last vehicle that I got was great but the customer service was bad! I have have never been treated so baldy. The vehicle I ordered was lost. When it was found they lost one set of the keys and gave me a cheap non Toyota key. When I asked for the genuine Toyota key they would not give me one (extra $60). This was one of many issues that I had there. I even was treated by the GM like I was the issues not the customer service (ego issue ?). There never was any sense of responsibility or any apology. It always seemed to be someone else's fault or mine, even though I am the customer. I really am very easy person to deal with but Desert Toyota seem to fail in every aspect of taking care of the customer. Last time I ever go there or ever recommend to anyone.

I purchased a 2015 Rav with XM radio three months free the dealership and salesman will not honor the XM Sirius radio not only have they made me a dissatisfied customer even though I have bought two cars from them I will not use this dealership again [redacted] and all his associates have made this a bad experience for the money you pay for a car you should get what you buy All they have offered is excuses
