Following a phone conversation with this customer about their desire to have additional rock placed in their yard, their request was forwarded to our scheduling office, and the customer was notified that the rock would be providedThere was never a request for a refund, or one would have been
provided, only a request to have additional rock placed in their yardThe additional rock was delivered to the customers site on October 11th, and was placed in yard October 12th as requested. We do hope that they are satisfied with the resolution as we have not heard from them since the work was done, though we do have a message reaching out to them in hopes of following up with them directlyApparently this notice was filed prior to the completion of their request, though we were not informed of it until until today (30th), after it had already been taken care ofThis is even more of a disappointment considering that the rock was only a very minor part of their complete backyard project which they have already expressed to us how much they enjoy their new pool
