Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/10/20) */ On October 13th, our company contacted the consumer regarding an outstanding balance on a Sprint LTD accountOur representative was told by the consumer she had paid this account in full previously.This account was transferred to a supervisor and the full records were accessedThe supervisor decided to close the account for office purposes due to discrepancies regarding original creditor.The consumer was informed of the account being closed during the final phone conversationThe supervisor in question has been notified of this complaint and the situation will be addressed according to company policyWe hope this response will further satisfy the consumer and once again apologize for any inconvenience this has caused
