I committed to a $investment thinking I would be given professional service by educated individuals in a weight loss programInstead the "coaches" that were assigned to me, one even a physician assistant, gave me incorrect information, and when I questioned it the Physician assist at said the same thing...incorrectThen when the physician assistant Jen m***, realized they were wrong, she tried to put it all on her coworkerI contacted the office manager to try to come to an agreement on the remains balance I owe, since I don't feel I should pay for a service that provides and incorrect guidance We lost connection and I have since tried to reach her for three weeks and she is avoiding my callsHer name is Rae, I don't have a last name When I do call, my number gets put into a solicitation que and then I continue to get calls from sales to "learn more about the program, and talk to a coach"They don't even realize I was in the program! They just keep calling! This is a business that only cares about the money...not their clients/patients
I signed up for the Nutrimost program the end of February. Their big selling point is that in 40 days you get fantastic results of a weight loss between 20 - 40 pounds. They breeze over the fact that the total program actually lasts closer to 90 days. They also push that you will get individual attention and emails. I got canned emails and text messages- not personalized to my issues. I ran into many plateaus doing the program- without any cheating- and was not getting good results. When I would all when I had an issue, I made to feel like I was doing something wrong.
The real upset was on the afternoon of Thursday, March 31, at 4:00 p.m. titled The World Hates Change. It informed me the business was sold as of April 1 and I would be contacted to find out the new location and when my next appointment would be. I had called the office that noon to ask a question about being on a plateau again. I was given a brief answer and told thet hoped that helped. No word of the change in ownership and location. I got a call the next day telling me they can see me on Friday the 8th- my 43rd day in the program. I had an appointment set up a month ago for Tuesday, April 5, which is my 40th day in the program. This was important because the program changes after day 40. The new owners are sorry, but that's it. VERY, VERY DISHEARTENING! For the huge amount of money spent, I feel like I have been ripped off.
