When the customer call to reserve a limousine service for the Father/daughter Ball the no cancellation policy was discussed with herShe was told that a no cancellation policy was in effect due to it being a special event weekendIf she was to cancel the service, she would still be liable for the
full amount of the cost of serviceThis was also sent to her emailWe have been in business since and have had a no cancellation policy for special events that normally sell out since the early nighties.These events include homecomings, proms, wine tasting events, father/daughter balls, among others. All other customers were told the same thing and emailed the policy as well

I am rejecting this response because:When I booked this limo service, at no time was any NO cancellation policy discussed. I have two girls, I order online all the time - you are welcome to check out my purchases- I would never order anything that cannot be returned. Things happen all the time with kids. I was not given a no cancellation policy. I was not given a contract. I was not given a list of policies nor is one posted on their website. I was not given a receipt. Nor did they provide any service. I was not given anything except for a $525 charge. I will not accept paying for something I did not use or be forced to abide by policies they say they do or do not have. Of they have a no cancellation policy, it should be posted on their website for phone orders. They never sent me a receipt and if they had, giving their cancellation policy at that time is moot. I need to agree to the policy not be given it after the fact.

I booked a party for my daughters 6th birthday in January mid-December. When I did this I was told the party included a free limo to pick the girls up. I thought this was a fun bonus but was also told that my stepson could not ride in it because it was for the birthday girl & guests. I was a little taken back but decided that I would let it go since it was for my daughter. I wasn't told anything else except that they would take care of cupcakes for the girls & they would be able to dress up in princess dresses, get their hair & nails done & sing karaoke. I did speak to the owner 3 times prior to his call to me the day before the scheduled party. [redacted] called to confirm around 4pm. In addition to making sure there were 7 girls he asked how many adults would be attending. I said 20. He hummed & hawed. Said he had to call me back & before I could get a word out he hung up on me. I was a little miffed but went on with what I was doing. He called back about 5 minutes later & stated that they would not be able to accommodate my guests. I was not expecting them to supply cake for them or anything. I was immediately upset because it was less than 24 hours until the party was to begin (1:30pm the next day). He would not listen to anything I had to say & it got even worse when his business partner (girlfriend) got on the phone. She was yelling at me as if it was my fault for not knowing how many people they did want to accommodate. My husband got on the phone once he heard her cursing vulgarities at me. He asked to speak to [redacted]. He tried to ask him where the communication break down was & he told him they should have told me that they couldn't accommodate that many people. My husband suggested that they add that to the things they need to cover when people inquire about their services. I would have never checked this business out if I knew how they conducted themselves.

This man is horrible ! Do not ever book a limo from him !! I booked a limo for my daughters homecoming with a large group of kids . The owner ( Kim) was really nice before I booked the limo but after that he turned into a real jack[redacted]! I tried to move the time that I wanted to have the kids picked up from dinner and he told me I couldn't do that !!! That the times that we discussed was "locked in"!! That he doesn't have time to wait around for kids all night long! He told me he is running a business and that limo picks up other people too! Well, he never told me when I booked it that I was locked into a time. I reminded him he left that information out ! This guy was so rude to me over the phone ! He kept yelling at me and kept repeating over and over how if I move the time which was only 15 min that it might not even work out ! He said if the kids aren't out of the restaurant by a certain time then the limo would leave without them !!!! I was homestly shocked, appauled, and so mad at that point that I just left the time alone and didn't change it !!! He also, at the end of the night was trying to leave 2 kids behind at the school because they weren't at the limo on time because they were getting their stuff! Omg .. Who does that !!? Leavin minors without a ride ! but the kids opened the door while he was driving away telling them to run He started yelling at them and told them he is going to drop them off at a different location! He did stop and wait for the kids after they yelled at him and told him too! Lastly, I almost for got to mention this. I tried to cancel the limo because kids started dropping out of the group ! I only put a deposit down and I didn't sign a contract it was only verbal over the phone. Anyway, he got all psycho with me telling me he has a no cancellation policy! He will chrg my cc the balance $440.00 that with or without the limo ! He said if I cancel he will come after me and sue me for the money and more and that he would win because he has sued people before and won! He is crazy he kept yelling and screaming on the phone at me. Well I didn't cancel the limo the kids pulled thru and they took the limo but this man is rude rude rude ! He has no customer service and he shouldn't be wrking with the public! I will never use this limo service AGAIN! Lesson learned read reviews !
