The completed screening was received from our screening department on December 7, 2015 in a "denied" status. Mr. [redacted] was informed on December 7 that his application was denied; however if he paid the debt off in full that his file would be submitted to our corporate office for further review in hopes of an approval. On December 18 we received a fax from Mr. [redacted]'s previous landlord that his debt was paid in full. On December 21, Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]'s file was sent to our corporate office for further review. On December 22nd we received a denial confirmation and Mr. [redacted] was notified of his status. He was then informed that his $100 hold deposit would be processed for refund. It was submitted to our corporate office in Portland, Oregon on December 23 and the check was cut on January 6.
