At this time, I have been contacted directly by Deshwal Business Solutions Corpregarding complaint ID [redacted] however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Deshwal has contacted me and returned $of the last $ [redacted] paid in 4-but not anything from the # [redacted] in Nobember The $1,that [redacted] and [redacted] robbed me of, they said they were not liable for this I said yes you are, because they were your employees when this happened He said they had fired both of them, but that doesn't help me get me money back from them They were working for their company at the time, so Deshwal should be accountable for the scam they pulled on me while working for this company He should have their names, addresses, and phone numbers since they did work there, and had been paying them for their services They should try to help get my $1,these crooks took from me at the time they were employed there The Fraud division should be contacted there in NY and these names and all be turned in to them and the police so they can catch them before they do this to some other dumb person like me and take all their savings, like they did me Please keep on trying to get in touch with them and help me if you can Thanking you in advance, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hi, This is to inform you that our Representative did not call any customer called [redacted] and we do not have anything to do with TLC that is different company , previously we have...

refunded your money and than never contac you , this customer might have been called by some other company kindly ask the tollfree number and their name as we did not call you and will not call you in future because we already refunded your money.

[Your Answer Here]Thank you so much for your help.  I spoke to a [redacted] in New York office and all of your help is appreciated.I have attached the emails that I first submitted to [redacted] with their findings and also am attaching my bank statements.Deshwal Business/Superior Tech as they said they were was IN FACT a scam.  I was a fool to believe them and hope this complaint will help others that were taken by this so called business.  They were to return $314 to me for 'tech work' that did NOT happen and [redacted] had them do so.  But as you can see by my documents the $314 was returned then the bank phoned me and said their check was no good and I had to pay a $10 fee on THEIR BAD CHECK on top of being  scammed.  My hope is that they cannot victimize others!And again thank you for your help.[redacted]###-###-#### - home

Review: My father, [redacted] is 88 years old and has a new laptop computer that we purchased for under $300. This company charged him $600 for what I have no idea. I went to the company website and called the number listed to contact them directly and it just rings forever and then goes to a fast busy signal. I believe this company is a fraud and that my father has been taken advantage of and I would like a full refund to our joint account that it was charged to. I am also my father's power of attorney for all financial and medical issues.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and this company exposed for being fraudulent.

Review: Complaint taken via phone by Revdex.com staff (ES): The consumer paid $500 by check to this company for computer services on May *, 2014. At some point in time, the consumer had requested a refund, but as of June **, 2014, she has not received a refund. The consumer's documents indicate a "lifetime contract", but she wants to cancel this contract. The consumer will also be sending documents regarding the transaction to the attention of New York City Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Cancel the contract and receive a refund.

Review: Back in November 2013 I started having problems with someone hacking my computers Email. I called the number for email and got this company. They sold me a program that was to clear this up for 299.99 and then started having more problems in March 2014. Called them and said the other program was not the right one and sold me another for 299.99 and [redacted] said they would refund the other 299.99. That didn't happen. Talked to [redacted] and he said there was no refunds and finally agreed to send me 200.00 back. Never received. Then onJune 6 he called and told me to go get an green dot money pak and put 500.00 on it and they would send me my 600 dollars to this. That never happened. He called me back and said there was no money on it so I could not get the money back from this transaction so he told me to go get another one, which I did, and another 500.00 card. He got this one and took all of the money out and didn't return call. He had called at least 10 or 12 times before that to hurry up and get the card so they could transfer the money within 30 minutes. After they had the card number they would not return my calls. Finally got through yesterday to ** and he said they had taken the 500 out of the card and wanted me to go get another card and they would put $3,000 on it because they had talked to the IRS and said they could do that. I said no, I just want my money back that you all stole from me the 1,000 plus the 600 you had already ripped me off for. ** said they couldn't do that. Now I am out 1,600 hundred to this company and they will not send me my money. They have only been in business for 10 months when I looked them up. I need help getting my money back from these people because they are crooks. They are Indian but go by American names. Their names are the same as the name of the company and there are only a couple of employees. This is a scam operation. I have papers they sent when I first signed up showing what was included in the package. Please help.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the whole $1,600 hundred dollars they swindled me out of because I am a stupid woman. They are doing the green dot money pak scam that I read on the computer after they had took me for all of this money. I only want what is owed to me not what they want me to have that I did not pay for. They need to be prosecuted for all the scams I am sure they have done to other people.Thank you in advance.

Review: I am attaching the letter FROM [redacted] regarding Deshwal Business Solutions/Superior Tech. I made a complaint last year and they are again calling me trying to SCAM ONCE AGAIN.

Let us explain the service we offer. First, we have already sent a copy of your complaint to the supplier along with a letter citing any possible violations of the Consumer Sales Practices Act. We have requested that the company respond promptly to the allegations in your complaint. Once we receive a response, our informal dispute resolution process can begin.

If the supplier is in violation of a law within our jurisdiction, we will work with the supplier to resolve the problem. When the consumer and the supplier disagree, we work with both parties to reach a compromise. This process often requires that both parties compromise to reach a resolution. Superior Tech was to refund my $300........then my Bank phoned and said that the $300 was insufficient funds and it was a scam.

I am writing because I do not know if I will ever get my $.....I am writing because they are calling me ONCE AGAIN TO SCAM ME ONCE AGAIN. The customer service person has an [redacted] accent and said they were [redacted]...this is absolutely untrue.

Review: I had been running [redacted] on PC. My license was active. Due to other problems with my pc, I had to run a Refresh on the pc. I noticed that my [redacted] license change to "will expire in 30 days". I tried to correct this myself to no avail. I found a toll free number on the [redacted] website to call for such problems ###-###-####, which turned out to be Deshwal Business Solutions Corp. This company is owned and run and the techs are all Indians. This is not a problem but they all use American names ([redacted], etc.) and the were difficult to understand. My customer ID was [redacted] and the person that I spoke to was named [redacted]. He took control of my pc remotely and told me that I had a computer virus named [redacted] that was causing this problem. He removed this "Virus" and he installed other programs that I had bought and that were approved by both [redacted] and [redacted]. Why [redacted] did not detect and remove this so called virus, I will never Know. He then told me that I will receive a lifetime (for this PC) for over $500. I said no thanks. He asked me how old I was (58) and said that he would need to consult with his supervisor. He told that I could have this lifetime subscription for $344 which I agree. However, I received an alert from [redacted] that this software agreement was being cancelled and given 60 days to find another Company and would get a full refund, which I am still waiting on.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund and an explanation why they cancelled this agreement. I also would like to see them investigated for fraud and dubious business practices. Thank You.
