I am rejecting this response because: as you can already tell from the text messages I have already sent you, that these statements of his are complete liesHe was always expected to provide videos and photosWhich he never provided at a sufficient levelAnd furthermore, if he wasn't informed until after the events to make the videos, why would he have dedicated video cameras at each eventHow does that makes sense? And why would his text messages to us say they are fully edited and that he sent the video to be fully editedWhy would it take months to create? Why would we spend that much money for him to do a crappy job decorating the reception hall only?
As time goes on, it becomes increasingly clear that, just like he did with the up lights, he had no intention on providing us the quality products that he promisedHe did not provide the decorations as he promised, nor did the provide the quality photos that he promised and nor did he provide the quality video that he promised.
And the only reason we brought up our ill grandfather was because he was taking too long in providing us the video and photos and we wanted to make sure that he knew the urgency of our situationInstead of providing us the products he promised, he brought up the death of his paternal grandmother and his video editors grandmother as the reasons for the delayIt is nothing but excuses and lies with him
The total price of the event with full photo and video editing was $4,950, while on out second appointment the customer made some changes, they cut down cinematic movie and price was down to Now after the event they want me to fully edit the video in cinematic which wasnt in the contract
About uplightsThe dj was at the conner of the hall where the power point worked, but around the hall including the posts in the middle there was no powerWhich was the reason why we were unable to set up the uplights, also the customer has been refunded $for the uplights.

Horrible serviceThe owner says one thing but does not follow through his promises to his clientsOnce he receives payment, he acts like his job is doneWhen I published a review on Facebook, he threatened me and said I have until 8am to remove the post or he will take legal action, which I said was okay because my review was honestEvery negative review he is removing, but is not addressing the problemHe yells at his clients and is very rudeHe did horrible job
1. He came to my house with contract promising so many things and didn’t even fall through. Decoration wise, I do have a problem because my pillars were not set up the way I showed him too. I wanted pillars in an aisle with spiller flowers and I come on the wedding day after my makeup and see this dude had Dollar Tree vases with fake flowers on there. It looked so unclassy especially for the price we paid.
2. His edited version of my video was so out of place. Clips were out of order and my rituals were cut out. I didn’t even see who was doing my Haldi or what happened at night during Bhatwaan for the rituals. I noticed my husband’s entrance during wedding had only a shooting of his body and he didn’t even include his head; I have proof that he even admitted his mistakes after I identified them. My entrance song was dubbed as well. The songs were good and I did tell I liked them but it was changed after I requested a remake.
3. Photos are horribly edited, the price paid for his service was my biggest mistake. I literally had to download the original photos and edit them myself that is why it is taking me long to upload them; on top of that random photos are black and white. Secondly on the note, first time he gave me the product, he didn’t even include my wedding pictures (see below I have proof). The photos weren’t even cropped. I did not bother to edit those because honestly it is such a headache when we paid someone to do it.
4. I told Salmaan to give me the remake of videos and include all rituals and he told me ‘he would bring it over weekend’, July week of 25th. I got stood up once again and he promised to deliver a week before. He requested to drop it the following Monday with wedding photos included and video remade including rituals. Monday came and he then stood us up again and promised Wednesday, entire time I was trying to be so nice and patient; until Wednesday came and he kept saying around 2pm he claimed ‘he was working on the last cd’. Couple hours later he asked if he can come Thursday and drop it because of loading time. I said no because we had been waiting for 2.5 months already according to his time frame. He was telling me that to tell my family “reason why I gave 2-2.5 months to complete final product”. I told him “His time frame is past that now, since I was being so patient even despite him promising after promise. My mom, brother, husband and I were beyond pissed at this moment. I told him to deliver tonight and that’s tonight as he promised. I texted him throughout up until 11pm and he said he was almost done; come to know of it, he never showed up. My brother and mom waited until 12 am and he didn’t even bother to text us. My brother left a voicemail too because he was so mad for him standing us up like that. Next morning, he texted me.“Omg I so fell asleep, I’ll come drop of today at 11 am (mind you this is Thursday already). Truth be told, he didn’t show up until 1 pm to my mom’s house and we figured at this point, this guy was lying the entire time. By the look of his work, he doesn’t do the work until last day which people expect it.
5. He was given a list of things to include by me to remake the second video, come to know of it, he still messed up my second video even after the requested info. I messaged him regarding this ( see text below) he didn’t even apologize for the dumb mistake he made again. He had the gourmand to tell me that “ I did everything you told me to do by that list, I don’t know what rituals weren’t still included”. Lord behold !!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m at this point where I asked for the original hard-drive and will be going to someone professional to make the clips into the correct format movie; I would be the dumbest person on earth to go to him for third time. I honestly don’t know why it is so hard for him to review the video and simply just add music where people aren’t talking and the rest is the ritual. Is he not smart enough to know that, despite me telling him.
6. He ignores calls when he knows he did something wrong. He does not pick up the call when we try to clear up confusion.
7. Cover of my DVD was so cheaply made. He used printer paper and printed my picture on there. Like are you serious? We literally paid him more than 4 grand. Second remake he made, he asked my mother to use the first cover from original casing. Seriously, how cheap can you get especially what he got paid.
The bottom line is that I wasnt paid to edit the videos in cinematic. I just put together clips and added some effects just for them to watch it. There will not be any refund as I have provided the clinte with the video I put together, photos and raw footage and photo. Thank you
