Desi Movers

It was very difficult to find a moving company during this Coronavirus pandemic. Thanks to DESI MOVERS who did my house move during this unfortunate time at very reasonable rate. The movers very professional about following the CDC guideline. All the movers were wearing masks,gloves and washing hands throughout the move. They finished the whole move without damaging a single item. I would advise everyone to use the service of DESIMOVERS.

I moved from fremont to dublin end of july. I requested 4 movers to help out. The movers were very slow, spent time on phone calls and did not work in parallel. To disassemble a bed, 3 of the movers worked on it while one waited in the truck. They deliberately took more time for move since the payment was hourly. I had packed everything except furniture in boxes, but still took 5.5 hours to move a 2 bedroom. I noticed atleast 2 of them taking long phone calls multiple times.

I gave them my power tool to work with, since they did not have multiple tools. I did not get it back. I asked the same day and I was told, it was with them. I drove about 8 miles to collect it and they gave me a different model, beaten up tool. I tried to reach their phone number/through their website but no response.

I was charged atleast 70% more. Not coming back to this greedy, unprofessional business again.
