We spoke to our customer and her husband last Thursday and agreed to have the vehicle towed to our facility at our expense to determine the issue with the vehicle We further agreed that if the vehicle has a transmission issue, we would repair the transmission for our actual cost of the parts
required without any charge for labor The customer agreed to accept our offer The car is now at our facility and we are diagnosing the problem. When we originally saw the vehicle we recommended the extensive repairs referenced in this complaintThese repairs were required for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle At that time we did not find evidence of any transmission issues In the interest of trying to resolve their concerns we made the above referenced offer which was accepted
