I do not accept Design Air response. I believe the unit that I purchase from their business is defective.  The unit still does not work properly, last year my second and third floor cooled just fine. Design Air wants to charge me another fee to send their technican out for the second time which is less than 30 days. It's not fair to be charged over $3,000 for a brand new unit and less than two years the condenser had to be replaced, the technician should have resolved the issue when he came out the first time. Because of his lack of proper diagnosis of the issue I'm told I have to pay another fee. Design Air sold me a defective unit and they are not willing to take ownership. The manufacturer advise me that there should not be any parts sticking out of the unit. As I mentioned in my complaint in the beginning and that I should file a complaint. I will try my best to send a picture of the part sticking out. I am requesting that they return my money or replace this defective unit.

Review: I PURCHASED A HVAC UNIT FROM DESIGN AIR ON 8/22/2014. THE UNIT STOP WORKING PROPERLY AROUND 6/13/16. DESIGN AIR SENT A TECHNICIAN TO MY HOME, ON 6/16/16.THE TECHNICIAN DETERMINED THAT THE CONDESOR WAS BAD, AND IT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. MIND YOU THIS IS A FAIRLY NEW UNIT. AROUND THE 4TH OF JULY I NOTICED THAT MY UPSTAIRS WAS NOT COOLING PROPERLY, I CALLED DESIGN AIR ONCE AGAIN TO ADVISE THAT THERE IS STILL A ISSUE WITH THIS UNIT. THE OWNER STATED HE WOULD SEND THE TECHNICIAN BACK OUT BUT I WOULD L HAVE TO PAY FOR THE LABOR, EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN LESS THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE MOST RECENT REPAIR. WHEN THE TECHINICIAN HAD REPLACED THE CONDENSOR HE LEFT SOME PART THAT STICKS OUT OF THE UNIT. WHICH I HAD INFORMED THE OWNER OF THE PART STICKING OUT,HE GAVE SOME REASON WHICH I AM STILL PUZZLED.I THEN CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER, WHICH IS [redacted]. I SPOKE WITH THE MAIN HOMEOWNER OFFICE [redacted]. I EXPLAINED MY CONCERN, I WAS ADVISED THAT THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY PARTS STICKING OUT OF THE UNIT AND THAT I SHOULD CONTACT THE Revdex.com WITH MY CONCERNS.Desired Settlement: replace my unit
